Let’s start with the real story 

My curiosity about spirituality — and all things mysterious and otherworldly — began in 2011, after the unexpected death of two people very close to me. I was lucky to not have been touched with grief much growing up, but I was at a complete loss as to how to cope.  It wasn’t just losing someone I loved… it felt like I lost a part of myself. The part that loved freely, without fear. The lighthearted version of me that hadn’t yet known the kind of grief that sits so deep in your chest you want to rip it out with your bare hands — but you can’t, because it’s woven into your bones. 

But I also lost the version of me that had been asleep. The one that bought into what I was “supposed” to be.

Grief forced me to wake up. And when I finally looked around, I realized I wasn’t the same — and neither was the world. I had to know more-I had to know that the souls of my loved ones were ok, I wanted to know where they were and the journey they were taking, so I started researching. I obsessivley researched death,dying, soul travel, life after death, near death experiences, all of it. It was a distraction, but it also brought peace of mind. Enter Michael Newton's Journey of Souls, Destiny of Souls, and all the mind-blowing research that made me realize death isn’t the end, and that those we love aren’t really gone.

That was the beginning of me becoming who I am now.

Fast forward to 2020:  I picked up a Dolores Cannon book and got hit with this strange, familiar feeling — like I already knew what she was saying. It wasn’t just that I resonated with it... it felt like me. The way she wrote, the way she thought — it was like hearing my own voice. I couldn’t explain it, but something in me just knew this was important. And once that switch flipped, I was all in, totally obsessed.

Now, I’m a certified QHHT and Beyond Quantum Healing practitioner, medium, multidimensional channel and light language channel. I help people explore who they are beneath the noise — beyond the conditioning, the people-pleasing, the trauma, the stuck stories. I guide them into deeper self-awareness, soul reconnection, and actual clarity .

But getting there was NOT easy 

I’ve walked through divorce, grief, narcissistic abuse, financial collapse, single parenting, soul-crushing jobs, and the kind of heartbreak that feels like it rearranges your DNA. I’ve lost parts of myself trying to be who the world told me I “should” be. I’ve had to rebuild — not once, but many times — and every time, I came back a little stronger, a little clearer, and a lot more

• My sourdough starter is getting super sour and I'm SOOOOOO happy about that.

•  If I start a romantasy book, just assume I’m unreachable for the next 12–18 hours.
